I haven’t read Jay-Z’s book – maybe I should? – I came across this quote sort of randomly. What it says to me is there is no such thing as forgiveness. Whatever you say, whatever you do, however you appear – you cannot escape from your past. Your mistakes, your errors – they are yours forever. You cannot take anything back, you cannot be redeemed.
I don’t know about you, but that scares the shit out of me.
